Gamble Sands is the original 18-hole course that established the resort as a must-play destination in Washington, pairing big views of the Columbia River with wide, inviting playing corridors and a firm-and-fast style that encourages creativity. The layout is built for fun without being soft—strategic angles, bold green contours, and wind-driven variety mean the course can be attacked in multiple ways depending on conditions and confidence. Scarecrow
Scarecrow is the resort’s newer 18-hole championship experience, winding across a dramatic expanse of ridgelines and valleys with uninterrupted vistas and a more intimate routing where holes feel closely connected to the landscape. While the fairways retain the same generous width golfers love at Gamble Sands, Scarecrow introduces a fresh personality—more movement in the terrain, more visual drama, and a rhythm that keeps you engaged from tee to green. It’s designed to be bold, memorable, and highly replayable, adding real depth to the overall destination lineup.
QuickSands
QuickSands is a 14-hole, par-3 short course built for pure enjoyment, where you grab a few wedges and a putter and dive into a walking-only playground of imaginative shots. With holes ranging roughly from 60 to 180 yards, the experience is equal parts short-game test and social round—bank shots, creative trajectories, and plenty of chances to take dead aim. It’s perfect for an afternoon warm-up, a post-round match, or a standalone competition day that keeps the group laughing while still feeling distinctly “Gamble Sands.”
Cascade
The Cascades is the resort’s dedicated putting course—sprawling, contour-heavy, and intentionally flexible, with hole locations that can be changed so it never feels like the same “course” twice. It functions as both a serious practice environment and a social hub, ideal for settling bets, running a putting tournament, or simply stretching the golf day into the evening. With its setting and scale, it’s a signature part of the Gamble Sands experience and a big reason groups can stay entertained even outside their scheduled tee times.

River-View Rooms
With rooms ideal to unwind after a day on the course, in the River-View Rooms you’ll find balconies or patios overlooking the Cascade Putting Course, directly connecting the Inn to the resort’s incredible golf experiences. With double queen rooms, single king rooms and king suites, the River-View Rooms offer the escape you’re seeking after rolling across the ranch land under the Washington sun.
Golf-View Rooms
The newest addition to the Inn at Gamble Sands features 40 double-occupancy rooms offering king beds and overlooking Scarecrow, the resort’s new 18-hole course.
